Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will diagnose defects, perform repairs, and prepare units for leasing while upholding safety and quality standards across our properties.

The role requires high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience; familiarity with Entrata/Yardi or One Site is preferred. You must be able to work weekends as scheduled and lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills to connect with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Perform make-readies to prepare vacant units for leasing and move-ins.
• Fix rather than replace parts when possible to control costs.
• Track inventory and return unused items to correct locations; notify supervisor as needed.
• Document work orders timely and accurately for records.
