Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to upkeep inside and exterior areas of our properties. Responsibilities include completing work orders quickly, performing make-ready tasks, and ensuring safety and property standards.

Candidates should have 1–3 years in apartment maintenance and be familiar with Entrata/Yardi or OneSite. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and EPA refrigerant certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata/Yardi, One Site).
• EPA Type I/II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests within 24–48 hours.
• Complete make-ready process for vacants and coordinate vendors.
• Repair and maintain building components to meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain documentation of work orders and inspections.
• Assist in site safety and compliance with policies.
