Asset Living in Englewood, CO is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the on-site maintenance team. You will assist with corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic upkeep across the property under supervision.

Responsibilities include responding to work orders, performing pool maintenance, keeping logs, assisting with make-ready and safety compliance, and contributing to a clean, safe community for residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required to perform on-site software functions.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning and maintain chemical logs.
• Maintain preventative maintenance program to extend the life of the community and minimize future repairs.
• Report observed violations of community rules to Maintenance Supervisor/Community Manager.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance at the community.
