Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance tasks across our communities. This on-site role involves routine, preventative, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

The position supports make-ready activities and daily upkeep to ensure safe, well-maintained properties in Boys Town, NE. Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills for on-site software, and knowledge of Fair

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner
• Perform routine, preventive, and cosmetic maintenance as directed
• Assist with make-ready process and participate in unit inspections
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and safety logs
• Participate in on-call emergencies at the community
