Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to uphold the property's buildings, grounds, and amenities to RangeWater standards. The role involves handling work orders, routine maintenance, and resident interactions in a hands-on environment at our Atlanta sites.

You will support make-ready tasks, inspections, and safety compliance while following policies and providing timely service. Weekend availability and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA refrigerant handling certifications required (Type I/II or Universal).
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Completes resident service requests and daily maintenance tasks within 24–48 hours.
• Performs make-ready duties for new move-ins including inspections and punch lists.
• Inspects and maintains property systems, ensuring safety and code compliance.
• Keeps inventory accurate and documents usage and ordering needs.
• Oversees work by contractors to ensure quality and compliance with scope and specs.
• Participates in safety meetings and follows RangeWater safety policies.
• Provides courteous service to residents and communicates effectively to resolve concerns.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
