Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily communities to ensure quality move-in, resident satisfaction, and timely service. You will respond to service requests and help deliver superior on-site service to residents.

This role requires 3+ years in maintenance, EPA 608 Level II or CPO certification, a valid driver's license, and knowledge of safety policies. On-call duties and town property upkeep are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Knowledge of housing codes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting, cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks.
