Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties. The role will supervise maintenance activities, ensure quality move-in readiness, and deliver exceptional resident service.

The incumbent will respond to service requests, manage preventive maintenance, and uphold safety and compliance standards. The position requires 3+ years of related experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical/vocational training preferred.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments (painting, cleaning, repairs) to ensure quality for residents.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Perform maintenance functions (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks in clean condition.
• On-call emergency response as needed.
• Report maintenance issues affecting budget (life safety, damages, etc.) to the manager.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance and records.
