Middleton Meyers is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee all maintenance operations at our apartment community, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and market-ready conditions. You will supervise the maintenance team, manage service requests, coordinate make-ready work, and uphold vendor relationships.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, preventive maintenance, budget awareness, OSHA compliance, and delivering exceptional resident service, with on-call responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification Required
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and respond to emergencies after hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance activities for the community, including service requests, preventative maintenance, and apartment turns.
• Prioritize and assign work orders to maintenance team members.
• Ensure service requests are completed accurately, efficiently, and within company-established timelines.
• Perform and assist with repairs involving HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general maintenance.
• Maintain curb appeal and ensure all common areas, amenities, and grounds are in excellent condition.
• Conduct routine property inspections and identify maintenance concerns.
