Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties to lead the upkeep of apartments, common areas, and outdoor spaces. You will coordinate repairs, manage service requests, and ensure safety and quality standards are met across property assets.

The role requires hands-on maintenance skills, knowledge of codes and regulations, and a commitment to excellent resident service. On-call duties and travel between sites are included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments with paint, carpet cleaning/repair, and general maintenance to ensure a quality product.
• Responds to resident service requests promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintains knowledge of maintenance functions (plumbing, pool, AC/heat, carpentry, electrical, painting, etc.) and safety practices.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas, and dog parks in clean, safe condition.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Keeps records of preventative maintenance and reports issues affecting budget or safety to the manager.
• Ensures compliance with housing laws and company safety policies.
