Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for SkyHouse Buckhead, a multifamily community in Atlanta. You will oversee maintenance staff, ensure move-in quality, residents' satisfaction, and timely service while upholding safety and budget guidelines.

You will perform common maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and appliance repair; manage preventative maintenance, on-call emergencies, and compliance with housing laws.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments (painting, carpet, repairs, housekeeping).
• Complete resident service requests promptly.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas.
• Respond to on-call emergencies.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance.
• Follow housing laws and safety policies.
• Provide professional customer service.
