Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in the East Point, GA area. You will ensure high-quality move-ins, responsive service, and safety across grounds and common areas.

Responsibilities include completing resident requests, coordinating preventative maintenance, and adhering to housing laws and company policies. A valid license and relevant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related maintenance experience in multifamily or property management.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including basic repairs, painting and cleaning.
• Respond to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Schedule preventative maintenance and document activities.
• Adhere to state/local housing codes and Cushman & Wakefield policies.
