Job summary

Wendover Management, LLC is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Lead to oversee day-to-day community upkeep in a vibrant Atlanta area multifamily setting. You’ll mentor a maintenance team, coordinate tasks, and ensure repairs, turnovers, and safety standards are met with care.

The role requires 4+ years in multifamily maintenance, HVAC certification, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. On-site work, some on-call rotation, and a focus on quality living spaces define the day-to-day.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification required; CPO and CAMT preferred.
• Strong knowledge of appliance repair, plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
• Driver's license may be required based on community needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance aspects including repairs and turns.
• Lead and mentor maintenance team; manage scheduling.
• Respond to resident requests with urgency and care.
• Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, appliances, electrical systems.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents with excellence.
• Identify safety hazards and maintain inventory and budgets.
• Document work orders and support data-driven decisions.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment; assist in emergencies.
