Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily in Florida to support maintenance for residents and ensure quality move-ins and service. The role focuses on timely responses to service requests and delivering superior customer service.

Responsibilities include maintaining units and common areas, performing preventative maintenance, and complying with housing regulations. A valid driver’s license and relevant EPA/CPO certifications are required, with on-call shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 3+ years of related experience EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records such activities.
