Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance across property buildings, grounds, and common areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational functionality. You will lead the maintenance team, hire and train new staff, and coordinate with vendors to meet budget and quality standards.

You will manage work orders, respond to resident requests, schedule preventive maintenance, and uphold company safety policies.

Qualifications

• Maintenance Supervisor role overseeing and performing maintenance tasks across buildings, grounds and common areas.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, appearance and functionality per company standards.
• Requires weekend availability and flexible schedule.
• Must supervise team, interview, hire, train and evaluate staff.

Responsibilities

• Manages maintenance team and handles employee evaluations.
• Responds to resident service requests and performs repairs per policy and code.
• Inspects work and coordinates with vendors, maintains inventory and ensures parts meet quality standards.
• Assists Community Manager with budgeting for maintenance and capital expenses.
