Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the on-site maintenance team and ensure properties meet safety and quality standards. You will manage work orders, perform repairs, and coach staff to deliver high service levels for residents and guests.

Responsibilities include budgeting support, vendor coordination, and implementing preventative maintenance while maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant property environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required; OSHA standards knowledge.
• Technical degree is preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years in apartment/maintenance supervision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and perform maintenance to meet property standards for cleanliness, safety and appearance.
• Lead maintenance team; interview, hire, orient, train new hires; manage Make Ready process.
• Review and complete work orders; diagnose defects and perform repairs per policies and safety rules.
