Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance, manage a team, and ensure the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and resident satisfaction across our communities.

You will handle work orders, inspections, budgeting, and compliance, while coordinating with the Community Manager and contractors to deliver reliable, cost-effective upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance team and handle employee evaluations, interviewing, hiring, and training.
• Process resident service requests and perform routine property upkeep and repairs.
• Inspect work and contractors to ensure quality, budget compliance, and safety standards.
• Maintain inventory of parts and coordinate with Community Manager on supplies.
• Assist in developing maintenance budgets and cost-control programs.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance of property and report issues.
