Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company seeks an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on leading a maintenance team, ensuring timely completion of service requests, and upholding safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate with vendors, manage preventive maintenance, and monitor budget impacts while maintaining high resident satisfaction. On-call duties and occasional after-hours work may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' related maintenance experience, property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Basic computer skills; ability to operate mobile devices and PC.
• On-call availability and overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff in daily activities including maintenance, installations, repairs, service requests, turns, and grounds upkeep.
• Hire, train, and develop staff; enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively within the team; convey expectations and goals.
• Lead safety and department meetings; participate in regional meetings and community events.
• Coordinate with vendors/contractors for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Ensure maintenance projects are completed accurately and on time; apply preventive care.
• Maintain department budget and understand financial impact of decisions; bid specifications and oversee vendor work.
