Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at a multi-family community. You will lead a team, coordinate vendor work, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This role requires strong leadership, hands-on trade knowledge in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and service requests in Yardi Mobile.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related maintenance experience; property management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level knowledge in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting and appliance repair.

Responsibilities

• Ensure make-readies and other maintenance projects meet WBPC quality standards.
• Update and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Troubleshoot and train maintenance staff across trades as needed.
