Job summary

Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a multi-family community. You will lead maintenance operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality, safety, and timely work orders.

You’ll coordinate with vendors, manage preventive maintenance, and help uphold budgetary discipline while delivering excellent resident service and keeping properties in optimal condition. Safe work practices, OSHA compliance, and team development are essential as you mentor

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience; property management preferred.
• Proven ability to supervise and lead a team.
• Expert-level understanding and diagnosing in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, painting, carpet care, and appliance repair.
• Certifications preferred: HVAC, EPA & CPO where applicable.
• Strong communication with management, vendors, residents, and staff.
• Experience operating hand and electrical tools; basic electrical, carpentry, painting and small machinery repair.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate a mobile device/PC.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness for on-call/emergency overtime.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Make-readies and maintenance projects per WBPC quality standards.
• Update and close service requests using Yardi Mobile.
• Troubleshoot and train staff across trades to assess and repair items.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance staff daily activities.
• Hire, train, and develop maintenance staff; enforce safety policies.
• Lead team meetings and safety/department briefings.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce OSHA regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors for installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Monitor budgets and ensure maintenance stays within limits.
• Procure supplies, manage inventory, and negotiate bids.
