Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate, an Atlanta-based full-service real estate company, seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance at an apartment community. You will lead the team, perform repairs, and ensure safety and curb appeal while coordinating with vendors and the property team.

The role requires 2+ years of supervisory experience, EPA Type II certification, and the ability to manage preventive maintenance and energy-saving initiatives. On-site, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience; multifamily industry preferred.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repairs 60–70% of the time and supervise associates and outside contractors.
• Assist Property Manager in delivering Peak Simply Service Standards for exceptional customer service.
• Prioritize and assign service requests, monitor completion, and follow up on outstanding items.
