Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at an assigned apartment community. You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate service requests, and ensure safety, compliance, and excellent resident service.

The role involves hands-on repairs most of the time, supervising vendors, managing preventive maintenance, and budgeting for supplies while upholding Peak's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance; own reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and supervise associates and contractors.
• Prioritize and assign service requests; monitor completion.
• Maintain preventive maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Ensure safety and OSHA compliance across all tasks.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to maintain curb appeal.
• Assist with move‑in/move‑out and turnover processes.
