Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a property’s maintenance team, perform hands-on repairs, and supervise contractors. You will ensure safety, curb appeal, and preventive maintenance while aligning with Peak’s service standards.

The role requires 2+ years supervisory experience in multifamily housing, EPA Type II certification, and ability to work within budget guidelines; basic tools provided. Living within 30 miles is expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience in multifamily housing.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property.
• Basic hand tools and general upkeep knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hands-on repairs 60–70% of the time and supervise staff and contractors.
• Assist Property Manager in delivering Peak Simply Service standards.
• Prioritize and assign service requests; monitor completion and follow-up.
