PeakMade Real Estate in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at an assigned community. You will organize service requests, lead a maintenance team, and ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction through hands-on supervision and effective coordination.

Responsibilities include directing turn maintenance, inspecting grounds, managing inventory and budgets, ensuring code compliance, and partnering with the Property Manager to maximize property performance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• EPA Type II certification required; CPO preferred.
• Must live within 30 miles of the property.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and supervise technicians and contractors.
• Prioritize service requests and ensure timely completion and safety.
• Inspect grounds and property to maintain curb appeal and compliance.
• Direct turn processes and prepare units for marketing within budget.
• Manage maintenance inventory and safety programs per OSHA standards.
