CLK Multifamily Management is seeking an on-site Apartment Community Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and related building systems.

The role combines hands-on repairs with leadership duties, fostering a safe, motivated maintenance and office team. Candidates should have HVAC certification, 2+ years in apartment maintenance, and a valid driver's license. E‑Verify participation noted.

Qualifications

• HVAC knowledge and troubleshooting abilities are required.
• Strong understanding of plumbing, electrical, and basic building systems.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills needed to diagnose issues and plan repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day maintenance operations of the apartment community.
• Evaluates maintenance reports and assigns work orders to the team.
• Performs and/or guides weekly preventative maintenance assessments.
• Maintains procedures, schedules, inventories, and budgets for maintenance projects.
• Ensures all work orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Assists with department budget estimates and cost control.
• Participates in safety meetings and team communications.
• Develops relationships with vendors and external partners.
