Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties in Wisconsin. You will prepare and repair units, respond to service requests, and uphold quality standards for resident satisfaction.

This role requires on-call availability and adherence to housing regulations. You will manage routine maintenance, coordinate with property teams, and ensure safety and cleanliness across grounds and buildings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of housing laws and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and life-safety areas; handle on-call emergencies as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and complete preventative maintenance schedules.
