Job summary

The role requires at least 3+ years of on-site multifamily maintenance, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver's license. On-site schedule is Mon-Fri 9-6, with on-call duties for emergencies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience on-site multifamily maintenance required.
• EPA 608 – Type II certification or CPO (or local city requirement).
• High School Diploma, GED, Trade/Technical/Vocational school.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments including painting, carpet cleaning/repair, general repairs, and housekeeping.
• Responds to resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Maintains grounds, pools/hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Attends training programs as required by Cushman & Wakefield and local jurisdictions.
