Qualifications

• Must have at least 3+ years of related experience.
• EPA 608 – Minimum Type II, or CPO, or local city required certificate.
• Knowledge of state, local, and federal housing laws, codes, policies, and systems regarding maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments including painting and repairs.
• Completes resident service requests promptly.
• Maintains grounds, pools, common areas and dog parks for safety and cleanliness.
• Responds to on-call emergencies as required.
• Schedules and performs preventative maintenance and records activities.
• Ensures compliance with housing laws and company safety policies.
