Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA 608 Type II certification required/city certificate as applicable.
• CPO or local city required certificate may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain market-ready apartments and common areas.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks.
• Travel between properties to perform duties.
