Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle resident service requests, make-ready units, and upkeep across our properties in the Texas region. The role emphasizes timely, safe repairs and professional resident interactions.

You will work 40 hours a week with some weekend coverage, use Entrata/Yardi/One Site, and maintain compliance with safety standards while supporting cost-control efforts.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and delivery skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours.
• Make-ready vacant apartments: inspections, punch list, and vendor coordination.
• Fix rather than replace parts when possible to control costs.
• Track materials and notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Document work orders accurately for reporting and tracking.
• Periodically inspect work by contractors to verify quality and scope.
• Follow safety policies and attend required safety trainings.
• Provide courteous, respectful service to residents and colleagues.
