Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage the upkeep of multifamily properties. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and complete work orders promptly to maintain safety and curb appeal.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred.
• EPA Certifications Type I/II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required by state/local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance work to ensure buildings, grounds, and common areas meet safety and quality standards.
• Completes work orders from resident requests within 24–48 hours and performs make-ready tasks for new move-ins.
• Assists in material handling, inventory tracking, and documentation to ensure accurate reporting.
