Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. You will assist in corrective, preventive, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring timely responses to work orders and resident needs.

Responsibilities include inspections, make-ready tasks, pool maintenance with proper chemical logs, and adherence to safety guidelines. Requires basic computer skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software are required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintenance of the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Participate in unit inspections and assist with the make-ready process.
• Maintain swimming pool and chemical logs with accuracy.
• Follow safety standards and OSHA guidelines; keep maintenance shop organized and stocked.
