Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the onsite maintenance team, oversee work orders and preventative maintenance, and ensure safety and appearance of property. You will manage budgets, train staff, and coordinate with vendors to maintain high standards of service.

The role requires 1–3 years of supervisor experience in maintenance or property management, OSHA/MSDS awareness, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/One Site. Remote work is not part of this role.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED, OSHA MSDS familiarity; technical degree preferred.
• Experience: 1–3 years supervisory experience in maintenance or property management.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance team; hire, train, and evaluate staff.
• Oversee work orders, repairs, and preventative maintenance per policy.
• Inspect work, manage budget, and order supplies within guidelines.
