Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team across the property portfolio. You will supervise staff, assign work orders, and ensure buildings, grounds and amenities meet safety, cleanliness, and functional standards.

The role requires OSHA knowledge, EPA refrigerant handling certifications and experience with Entrata/Yardi; you will manage budgets, perform preventative maintenance, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining safety and

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• OSHA standards knowledge and MSDS familiarity.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in multi-family properties.
• Strong communication and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance staff and train new hires.
• Manage work orders and routine upkeep.
• Execute Make Ready from start to finish per policies.
• Inspect work for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Maintain inventory and collaborate with Community Manager on budgets.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of property and common areas.
