Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance of our multifamily properties, ensuring buildings and common areas meet safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.

You will lead the maintenance team, manage preventative maintenance, and coordinate with vendors while controlling costs and maintaining inventories. Strong leadership and PM software skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in maintenance.
• 2–3 years apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds, and common areas to meet standards.
• Manage maintenance team; hire/train and evaluate staff.
• Handle work orders from residents; perform routine repairs.
• Inspect contractor work for quality and safety.
• Maintain inventory and order supplies within budget.
• Assist in budgeting for maintenance and capital expenses.
• Ensure safety and preventative maintenance procedures are followed.
