Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across properties, lead a team, and ensure safety and reliability of indoor and outdoor facilities. You will manage make-ready work, respond to resident service requests, and uphold company standards for appearance and function.

The role requires scheduling flexibility, weekend coverage, and proficiency with property management software.

Qualifications

• OSHA standards knowledge
• Technical degree preferred
• Experience supervising maintenance teams in property management

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and conduct evaluations.
• Oversee work orders and routine property maintenance.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
• Assist with budget for maintenance and capital expenses.
• Coordinate with Community Manager on supplies and vendor work.
