Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform maintenance tasks across our multifamily properties. You will lead the maintenance team, hire and train staff, and ensure all work meets safety, code, and quality standards.

The role requires 1-3 years of supervisor experience in apartment maintenance, strong communication skills, and proficiency with property management software. A Driver's license and EPA or pool operator certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; OSHA knowledge preferred.
• Experience leading maintenance teams in property management.
• Ability to interview, hire, orient and train new staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of buildings, grounds and common areas to meet standards.
• Manage the maintenance team, conduct evaluations and training.
• Diagnose issues, complete work orders and ensure safety compliance.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance procedures and budget.
