Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and related tasks.
• Maintain grounds and common areas to safety standards.
• Respond to on-call emergencies as required.
• Report budget‑impacting issues to the manager.
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance and keep records.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and safety policies.
• Provide superior customer service and represent Cushman & Wakefield professionally.
