Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA 608 Type II certification is required or obtainable.

Aufgaben

• Prepare make-ready apartments with painting, cleaning and repairs.
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance including plumbing, HVAC, electrical and carpentry tasks.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• On-call availability for after-hours emergencies may be required.
• Report issues to the Maintenance Supervisor and document work.
