Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Multifamily properties in Texas. The role focuses on delivering quality move-ins and resident satisfaction through timely maintenance and professional service.

You will perform plumbing, HVAC and general repairs, maintain on-site grounds and amenities, and respond to resident requests with a strong safety mindset. On-call sometimes required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, Trade, Technical, or Vocational school.
• 1+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares make-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Responds to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and snow removal as applicable.
• Maintain grounds, pools, common areas, and amenities to keep them clean and safe.
• Attend required trainings and follow safety procedures.

Skills

Valid Driver's license

EPA 608 - Type II

CPO or local city certificate

Read/understand policies and manuals

Basic math and reporting

Safety procedures

Education
