Responsibilities include handling routine repairs, on-call emergencies, and site safety while maintaining grounds and common areas. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of relevant experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, trade/technical background preferred.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience required.
• EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification is required or city equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly.
• Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; handle on-call emergencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and housing regulations.
