Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor, Multifamily, in Orlando. You will supervise maintenance activities to ensure quality move-in, resident satisfaction, and timely service while delivering superior customer service to residents.

Responsibilities include preparing market-ready apartments, handling resident service requests, and performing a broad range of maintenance tasks. A valid driver's license and relevant EPA/CPO certifications are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
• EPA 608 – Type II or CPO certification required by city/state depending on location.
• Must have valid driver’s license and comply with safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments with painting, cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Responds to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Performs maintenance across plumbing, pool, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Maintains grounds and common areas; handles on-call emergency procedures as required.
