Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for multifamily properties in Orlando. The role focuses on delivering a quality move-in experience, timely service, and attentive resident care.

Responsibilities include make-ready tasks, on-site repairs, and upkeep of common areas, pools, and grounds. A valid driver’s license and relevant certifications are required; 1+ year of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA 608 Type II and CPO or local city certification needed.
• Knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and grounds maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments, including painting, cleaning, and repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Provide maintenance support to ensure quality move-in experience and residential satisfaction.
• Maintain grounds, pools, and common areas for safety and cleanliness.
• On-call may be required for after-hour emergencies.
• Report maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor and perform scheduled tasks.
