Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring for an on-site multifamily maintenance role in Minneapolis. You will prepare apartments for market, perform repairs, and handle housekeeping to ensure a high-quality product for residents. Travel between properties is required and you will respond to service requests promptly.

The position requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits and safety training are provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of on-site multifamily maintenance experience required.
• EPA 608 Type II, or CPO certification, or local city requirements.
• Valid driver’s license required; ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Prepares market-ready apartments with painting, carpet work, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Completes resident service requests in a timely manner.
• Performs maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, painting, and safety.
• Maintains grounds, pools, and common areas; reports issues to the manager.
• Performs on-call emergency procedures as required.
• Schedules and records preventative maintenance; attends required trainings.
