Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Vocational or technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in multifamily or property maintenance.
• EPA 608 Type II or higher, or equivalent certification; CPO if required by city/state.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments, including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform maintenance tasks across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general trades.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and safety compliance; participate in on-call emergencies.
