Job summary

Harbor Group Management Company is seeking a Leasing Specialist to drive occupancy and resident satisfaction in a multifamily community. You will show apartments, qualify leads, and process applications while coordinating marketing initiatives and supporting daily operations for solid financial performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of leasing, sales or customer service experience.
• Experience with property management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, run background and credit checks.
• Prepare lease documents and execute lease agreements.
• Design and implement marketing plans to generate traffic and occupancy.
• Support resident retention with responsive customer service and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software like Yardi/OneSite.
• Assist with rent collection and delinquent accounts as needed.
