You will show apartments, qualify leads, process applications, and support marketing and retention efforts to ensure a positive living experience and strong financial performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-service oriented with professional resident interactions.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Valid driver’s license for golf-cart operation if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and showcase available apartments.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, run background and credit checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Ensure units are move-in ready, coordinating with maintenance.
• Execute lease agreements and move-in packages; smooth onboarding of new residents.
• Design and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Promote the community via digital platforms and email campaigns.
