Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software is essential.
• Experience using social media for marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct property tours.
• Qualify leads, process rental applications, and perform background/credit checks.
• Prepare lease documents and ensure move-in readiness.
• Coordinate marketing plans to generate traffic and occupancy.
• Support in renewal processes and maintaining lease records in property software.
