RangeWater is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lead marketing, leasing, and renewal efforts for our multifamily communities. You will greet prospects, show apartments, process applications, and help ensure a smooth move‑in and lease signing.

You will also design and execute local marketing plans, support resident retention, and stay informed about market trends to sustain occupancy and revenue goals.

Competenze

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills are essential.

Mansioni

• Greet and qualify prospects face-to-face and conduct property tours.
• Process applications, credit screening, and background checks; prepare leases and move‑in packages.
• Drive offsite marketing to attract traffic using social media, referrals, and employer outreach.
