The role requires strong communication and presentation skills, plus proficiency with property management software. You will support show units, handle renewals, and maintain property standards daily.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Execute leasing, marketing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, run credit/background checks, and prepare lease documents.
• Coordinate marketing programs, referrals, and online/internet marketing to drive traffic and inquiries.
• Respond to resident and owner concerns promptly and maintain show-ready properties.
