29th Street Property Management is hiring a Groundskeeper in Goodyear, AZ to maintain the grounds and common areas of multifamily properties. This entry-level full-time role involves keeping exteriors, amenities, and leasing office areas clean and safe, with responsibilities spanning trash removal, unit make-ready support, and basic repairs.

You will work with the maintenance team to ensure timely upkeep, uphold curb appeal, and assist in safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Educational degree not required.
• At least one year of Groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license may be required.
• Be neat, clean and professional at all times.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Ability to operate motorized and electric vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office meticulously.
• Remove trash from office areas and community perimeter daily.
• Assist in preparation of market-ready units and make-readies.
• Assist Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with tasks.
• Clean vacant apartments and models.
• Assist snow removal if applicable.
• Troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry and electrical problems.
• Report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Meticulously maintains curb appeal.
• Ensure safety procedures and compliance with rules.
• Possess valid driver’s license if required.
